Some requirements of electric actuator pipeline filter

Basic requirements for pipe filter production:

1. The pipeline filter device should comply with the standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

2. The manufacturing of the pipeline filter device should comply with the regulations of JB/2932.

3. The inner filter shell of the pipeline filter adopts ultrafiltration membrane components.

4. The outer surface of the ultrafiltration membrane module of the pipeline filter should be smooth and flat, free of burrs, scratches, pollution, cracks and other obvious defects.

5. There is no deterioration, mildew and peculiar smell inside the ultrafiltration membrane module of the pipeline filter.

6. Under normal working conditions, the design service life of the ultrafiltration membrane module of the pipeline filter should not be less than 25000h.

7. The pipeline of the pipeline filter device can be made of stainless steel and other materials.

Technical requirements for pipeline filters:

1. The anti-corrosion performance, anti-leakage performance and pressure resistance performance of the pipeline filter device should meet the standard requirements.

2. The pure water permeability of the pipeline filter device should not be less than the designed rated value under the rated pressure.

3. The designed molecular weight cut-off of the pipeline filter should reach the rated value of the device.

4. The performance of the electrical control equipment of the pipeline filter device should meet the standard requirements.

5. The action of the control system of the pipeline filter should be correct, reliable and sensitive.

6. The operating noise of the pipeline filter device is not more than 80dB (A).
