　　(2) The instrument has a large error. The floating ball is swayed up and down by the stirred coal water slurry in the guardrail. At this time, the slider fluctuates on the scale with a range of ± 3cm.

　　 (3) Traction with ordinary fiber rope, the rope and pulley are not fully open. The coal water slurry splashed on the rope gradually thickened the rope and blocked the passage on the pulley, resulting in a large error. Should choose 1.5mm multi-strand steel wire rope or nylon rope, the width of the chute should be sufficient.

　　(4) If a return control signal is required, a non-contact displacement switch should be used instead of the travel switch, so that no false signal will occur.
