  The upper and lower connection pipes of the new installation structure are made of non-ferromagnetic stainless steel to avoid the connection pipe being magnetized by the strong magnetic field of the float. The upper nozzle slightly extends into the inside of the equipment, and the end of the pipe is beveled downward to prevent falling impurities from entering the interior. The lower nozzle is easier for impurities to fall in due to the upper slotted hole structure. As long as the angle of the bevel and the position and size of the cover plate are appropriate, it can prevent ferromagnetic impurities from entering the pipe and prevent the float from being stuck.

  Because the conventional magnetic float level gauge has the above-mentioned problems in practical application, many devices and tank areas in chemical plants have replaced the applauded magnetic float level gauge with a quartz tube type level gauge. If it is a new installation structure, it can prevent magnetic disorder and float jamming. The gas solenoid valve can be used to replace the quartz tube level gauge. The overall effect is much better than the quartz tube level gauge. The new installation structure is adopted.
