  The magnetic liquid level gauge is composed of two parts: the on-site indication part and its auxiliary devices (liquid level control switch and liquid level remote transmitter). The instrument can be used to detect the medium level of various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical vessels and boilers. This series of level gauges can achieve high sealing, anti-leakage and suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistance occasions. It makes up for the defects of the glass plate (tube) level gauge, such as poor indication clarity and easy breakage, and there is no blind zone in the whole process of measurement. The anti-frost level gauge has a clear display and a large measuring range. Since the measurement display part is not in direct contact with the medium, it is more superior to high temperature, high pressure, toxic, harmful, and strong corrosive media. Therefore, it has higher reliability, safety, advancement and practicability than traditional glass plate (tube) level gauges.


   1. Sometimes it is found that the float is not flexible enough to move up and down during field adjustment. This is mostly caused by improper installation. When installing the magnetic level gauge, pay attention to whether the centers of the upper and lower flanges are in a line and whether they are perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Generally speaking, the angle between the steam solenoid valve and the horizontal plane is not less than 87 degrees. If the deviation is large, it may affect the smooth movement of the float.


  2. The adjustment of the magnetic level gauge is normal. After use, it is found that the float has "sucked" in a certain position for a period of time. This is mainly caused when the level gauge is installed through the steel platform and is too close to the steel plate. Therefore, installation through the steel platform requires special attention to the distance between the pipe wall of the level gauge connecting pipe and the cutting edge of the platform. According to field experience, this distance of about 100mm can ensure that the magnetic float will not be affected.


  3. When using the magnetic level gauge on site, pay special attention to opening the upper gate valve first, and then the lower gate valve. Otherwise, the large differential pressure may break the float and make the magnetic level gauge unusable.


  4. After using the magnetic level gauge for a period of time, if the float is difficult to float and the float is not flexible in movement. This is caused by iron filings or other dirt on the magnetic float. The medium can be drained first, and then the float can be taken out to eliminate the iron filings or other dirt on the magnetic float.


  5. During the use of the remote transmitter of the magnetic level gauge, if the output signal produces frequent disturbances or interference pulses, it is necessary to check whether the signal cable shielding layer is reliably grounded and whether the working resistance can meet the requirements. If the interference is still not completely eliminated, a signal isolator can be used to solve it.


6. Pay special attention to the use of the magnetic level gauge. Never use a strong magnet to pull the float up and down outside the connecting pipe for inspection. This will easily cause the magnetic float to be magnetized and change its polarity, and even weaken the float, making it difficult to work normally. .


  7. When choosing intrinsically safe liquid level transmitter, please pay attention to whether the impedance of the liquid level transmitter and the safety barrier match. Since the power supply voltage of the liquid level transmitter is usually 14.5-36V DC, which is less than the 14.5-45V DC of the general transmitter, it cannot work normally when the load is large.
