1. High linearity and good repeatability

       The balanced flow sensor has the characteristics of symmetrical porous structure, which can balance the flow field. The anti-frost level gauge reduces eddy current, vibration and signal noise. The invariance of the flow field is greatly improved, making the linearity better than the orifice plate. ~10 times, the repeatability has improved by 54% to 0.15%. From the perspective of its comprehensive functions, the balanced flowmeter belongs to the ranks of high-end flowmeters.

       When the turndown ratio is 5:1, the linearity can reach ±0.3%;

       When the turndown ratio is 7:1, the linearity can reach ±0.5%;

2. Low requirements for straight pipe sections

       The balance flow sensor has the same flow field and the pressure recovery is twice as fast as the orifice plate, which greatly shortens the requirements for straight pipe sections. The front and rear straight pipe sections are generally 3D before and 1D, and the small can be less than 0.5D, and then a lot of straight pipes are omitted. Pipe sections, especially pipelines with extremely expensive materials.


3. Reduce the loss of eternal pressure

      The balanced flowmeter's porous and symmetrical balance design reduces the turbulent shear force and eddy current composition, and reduces the loss of kinetic energy. Under the same measurement conditions, compared with the orifice plate, it reduces the eternal pressure loss by 2.5 times. Then the stainless steel solenoid valve saves a considerable amount of operating energy cost. It is an energy-saving instrument that is worth a lot of implementation.


4. Dirt resistant and not easy to block

       The balanced and symmetrical design of the balanced flowmeter reduces the composition of turbulent shear force and eddy current, and then greatly reduces the composition of the stagnant dead zone, ensuring that the dirty medium passes through multiple holes smoothly, reducing the opportunity for fluid holes to be blocked .


5. Orifice plates can be directly exchanged

       The balanced flowmeter has the same application method and shape as the orifice plate, so it can be directly exchanged without any piping changes and related instrument changes. It is very suitable to change the orifice plate to a balanced flowmeter in the power measurement innovation of the whole plant.


6. Wide range of flow measurement

       According to the experimental results, we investigated: balance the function of the flowmeter so that its flow rate can be from small to the speed of sound; its small Reynolds number can be less than 200, and the large Reynolds number can be greater than 107; β value can be selected from 0.25 to 0.90.


7. Good long-term stability

       The balance flowmeter greatly reduces the direct friction between the medium and the saving parts because of its distinct reduction of turbulent shear force. Its β value remains unchanged for a long time, and the entire meter has no moving parts, so it can maintain invariance for a long time. .


8. Measurable high temperature and high pressure medium

       The balance flowmeter is the same as the orifice plate and other economical installation. The task temperature and pressure depend on the material and grade of the pipe and flange. The task temperature can reach 850℃ and the task pressure can reach 42MPa.


9. Measurable medium under complex conditions

       Due to its extraordinary structure design, the gas solenoid valve makes the balance flowmeter has extraordinary functions. It can carry out gas-liquid two-phase, various types of mixed gas (such as gas, biogas, coal gas, etc.), and various low-temperature gases (such as LNG). , Liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, liquid hydrogen, liquid chlorine, liquefied ethylene, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.), gas-liquid two-phase media (such as moisture), slurry, multi-phase water flow, vibrating water flow, electromagnetic disturbance medium And two-way flow (because the balance flowmeter is completely symmetrical).
