How to reset the solenoid valve after power off

The solenoid valve is driven by the solenoid coil, which is more easily damaged by voltage shock. It is equivalent to the function of a switch, which is two functions of on and off.

　　 Solenoid valves can generally be reset when power is off. For such functions, electric valves need a reset device.

3. Applicable process:

　　 Solenoid valve is suitable for some special process requirements, such as leakage, special fluid medium, etc. The anti-frost level gauge is more expensive.

　　 Check whether the power wiring is bad → rewire and connect the connector

　　 Check whether the power supply voltage is within the ± working range-→ adjust to the normal position range

　　Whether the coil is unsoldered → re-soldering

　　Coil short circuit→replace the coil

　　Is the working pressure difference inappropriate → adjust the pressure difference → or replace the solenoid valve

　　The fluid temperature is too high → replace the solenoid valve

　　There are impurities that cause the main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve to jam → clean it, if the magnetic turning column level gauge is damaged, replace the seal and install the filter

　　 The viscosity of the liquid is too high, the frequency is too high, and the service life is up → replace the product
