1. Structural principle of flange solenoid valve:


  Flange solenoid valve is a pilot-operated solenoid valve with two openings, which is composed of a secondary valve and a main valve. The opening and closing of the auxiliary valve is used to control the opening and closing of the main valve. According to the switch state when the power is off, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve.


Normally closed solenoid valve, when the power is off, the auxiliary valve port is closed and the main valve is open. When the electric signal enters the pilot valve coil, the movable iron core is sucked up by electromagnetic force to open the auxiliary valve port, and the main valve cup The pressure disappears quickly, and the medium pressure will hold the main valve valve cup, open the main valve port, and the working medium is hard and can flow. But when the electric signal disappears, the movable iron core resets and closes the auxiliary valve port, and the working medium enters the valve cup from the balance hole. When the pressure tends to be balanced, the main valve spring, the weight of the valve cup and the medium pressure make the valve cup fall. Move, tightly seal the main valve port, and the valve is closed again.


   Normally open solenoid valve, in the normal position of power failure, the auxiliary valve port is opened by the spring action, and the main valve flows. When the electric signal enters the auxiliary valve coil, the movable iron core is sucked down by the electromagnetic action, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and the working medium enters the valve cup through the balance hole. When the pressure tends to balance, the valve actuator depends on the main valve spring and the valve cup. The weight and medium pressure cause the valve cup to move downward, sealing the main valve port tightly, and the valve is closed. When the main valve is de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappears, the auxiliary valve opens, and the pressure in the main valve cup disappears quickly. The medium pressure will support the main valve cup, open the main valve port, the medium flows, and the valve is open.


2. Main features of flange solenoid valve:

Wear resistance: reasonable material selection, the valve cup and guide sleeve cleverly use the lubrication effect of fluid, and the level gauge reduces wear

Condensation resistance: The condensed water in the steam pipe is an important factor affecting the action of the steam solenoid valve, and this valve is not affected by the condensed water.

Heat resistance: special temperature-resistant electrical materials and sealing materials are used for electromagnetic parts and sealing parts, and various heat insulation measures are applied.

3. Use of flange solenoid valve:


  Flange solenoid valve is applicable to actuators that use steam as the heating medium for automatic temperature control. Two-position automatic control and remote control area can be carried out on the boiler steam pipeline of steam heaters, radiators, dryers and other steam equipment and various temperature automatic controllers, steam setting machines, steam dyeing machines, steam regenerating machines and other complete equipment. It is widely used in automatic control systems of dyeing, textile, printing and dyeing, food, medicine, cigarettes, cement products, petrochemical, metallurgy and other departments.
