If space constraints or working conditions require, it must be installed on the side like a building sewer pipe or upside down. Please put forward when ordering. Some products have special regulations, please install according to the instructions. Note that when taking over, the sealing material should not be used excessively. For example, when screwing, the thread of the connecting pipe should be kept within the effective length, and the half pitch of the end should be chamfered with a file, and the sealing tape should be wound at 2 teeth from the end, otherwise the excessive sealing tape or adhesive will enter the electromagnetic In the inner cavity of the valve, an accident that hinders normal operation occurs.

   There should be a certain reserved space at the solenoid valve installation place for daily maintenance and regular maintenance. When installing, fix the valve body with a magnetic turning column liquid level gauge wrench or pipe wrench, and then screw on the pipe. Never apply force on the solenoid coil assembly to cause deformation, making the solenoid valve difficult to work normally. In the case of insufficient pipe rigidity or water hammer, please fix the valve front and rear pipes with brackets. When used in freezing places, the pipeline must be protected with heat insulating materials or a heater must be installed on the pipeline. It is necessary to confirm whether the solenoid valve itself and its connection with the pipe are leaking. Check the connection of the coil lead wires, especially in the case of three lead wires. Electrical components connected to solenoid valves, such as relays, switches, and contactors. The contact should not vibrate when opening the valve, otherwise the work will be unreliable and affect the life of the solenoid valve of the electric actuator. The electrical circuit should be connected to the corresponding insurance line as the protection of the electrical circuit.
