How to classify electric actuators

How to classify electric actuators

There are five types of electric actuators: linear electric actuators, quarter-turn electric actuators, electric control valves, PID electric control actuators and solenoid valves. The first four are of DDZ type. The solenoid valve briefly introduces the linear electric actuator (DKJ) and the rotary electric actuator (DKZ).

The function of the linear and angular stroke electric actuators is to receive the standard value galvanic signals of 0~10, 4~20 mA or 1~5 volts from the regulator or other instruments, which will become displacement thrust after the actuator Or turning angle torque, to operate switches, valves, etc., the gas solenoid valve completes the task of automatic adjustment. These two types of actuators used to be composed of two parts: servo amplifier and actuator. At present, the structure, working principle and use method of organic-electric integrated intelligent structure are similar. The difference of high temperature solenoid valve is only one output displacement (thrust) and one output rotation angle (torque).

Key considerations for electric actuator selection 1. According to the valve type, there are many types of electric actuator valves selected by the magnetic turning column level gauge, and the working principle is also different. Generally, the opening is realized by rotating the valve plate angle, lifting the valve plate, etc. Closed control, when matched with an electric actuator, the electric actuator should be selected first according to the type of valve.

    1. Angular stroke electric actuator (rotation angle <360 degrees) The rotation of the output shaft of the electric actuator is less than one circle, that is, less than 360 degrees, usually 90 degrees to achieve the valve opening and closing process control. This type of electric actuator is divided into two types: direct connection type and base crank type according to different installation interface methods. a) Direct connection type: refers to the form in which the output shaft of the electric actuator is directly connected to the valve stem. b) Base crank type: refers to the form in which the output shaft is connected to the valve stem through a crank. This type of electric actuator is suitable for butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, etc. 2. Multi-turn electric actuator (angle of rotation> 360 degrees) The rotation of the output shaft of the electric actuator is more than one circle, that is, more than 360 degrees. Generally, it takes more than one circle to realize the valve opening and closing process control. This type of electric actuator is suitable for gate valves, globe valves, etc.

    3. Straight stroke (linear motion) The motion of the output shaft of the electric actuator is linear motion, not rotating. This type of electric actuator is suitable for single-seat control valves, double-seat control valves, etc. 2. Determine the control mode of the electric actuator according to the control requirements of the production process. The control mode of the electric actuator is generally divided into two categories: switch type (open loop control) and regulation type (closed loop control).
