1. According to the type of power supply, select AC and DC solenoid valves respectively. Generally speaking, AC power is easy to access.
2. For voltage specifications, AC220V.DC24V should be preferred.
3. The power supply voltage fluctuation is usually +%10%.-15% for AC, and ±%10 for DC. If it is out of tolerance, the steam solenoid valve must take voltage stabilization measures or make special order requirements.
4. The rated current and power consumption should be selected according to the power supply capacity. It should be noted that the VA value is higher during AC starting, and the indirect pilot solenoid valve should be preferred when the capacity is insufficient.
second. Control accuracy of solenoid valve
1. Ordinary solenoid valves have only two positions: open and closed. Please use multi-position solenoid valves when the control accuracy is high and the parameters are stable; the Z3CF three-position normally open solenoid valve has three flow rates: micro-open, full-open and closed; The ZDF-Z1/1 combined multifunctional solenoid valve has four flow rates of valve actuator full open, wide open, small open and fully open.
2. Action time: refers to the time from when the electrical signal is turned on or off to the completion of the main valve action. The multi-function solenoid valve can adjust the opening and closing time separately, which not only meets the control accuracy requirements, but also prevents water hammer damage.
3. Leakage The leakage value given on the sample is a common economic grade. If it is too high, please make a special order.
