1. The connector type is the application of ordinary glass level gauges. It is characterized by simple structure, low price, and intuitiveness. It is suitable for on-site use, but it is easily damaged and the inner surface is stained, which makes reading difficult and inconvenient for remote transmission and adjustment. .

   

2. Ultrasonic level meter uses the different properties of ultrasonic attenuation, penetration ability and acoustic impedance in gas, liquid or solid to measure the interface of two media. This kind of solenoid valve instrument has high precision and quick response, but high cost and difficult maintenance. They are all used in occasions that require high measurement accuracy.

   

3. The differential pressure type magnetic turning column level gauge has two pressure ports for gas phase and liquid phase. The pressure at the pressure taking point of the gas phase is the gas pressure in the equipment; the pressure at the pressure taking point of the liquid phase is not only affected by the gas pressure, but also by the static pressure of the liquid column. The difference between the pressure of the liquid phase and the gas phase is the static pressure generated by the liquid column. pressure.

Such instruments include pneumatic and electric differential pressure transmitters and flange type liquid level transmitters, which are easy to install, easy to realize remote transmission and automatic adjustment, and are widely used in industry.

   

4. The bubble-blowing electric actuator uses the principle of static pressure to measure the liquid level of the open container.

    After the compressed air passes through the filter and pressure reducing valve, it outputs a certain pressure through the setter, and is divided into two paths after passing through the throttle element:

    (1) Go all the way to the pipe installed in the container and blow out from the bottom of the container;

    (2) The other way enters the pressure gauge for instructions.

 

5. Buoyancy type magnetic turning column level gauge includes two types: constant buoyancy type and variable buoyancy type.

    (1) Constant buoyancy type magnetic turning column level gauge

    Constant buoyancy type magnetic tilting column level gauge relies on a buoy or float to float in the liquid and rise and fall with the change of the liquid level. It is characterized by simple structure and low price, which is suitable for the measurement of various storage tanks;

    (2) Variable buoyancy type magnetic turning column level gauge

    The variable buoyancy type is also known as the sinking cylinder type magnetic turning column level gauge. When the liquid level is different, the volume of the sinking cylinder immersed in the liquid is different, so the displacement is caused by the different buoyancy. The mechanical transmission is converted into an angular displacement to measure the liquid. Bit. This type of instrument can realize remote transmission and automatic adjustment. 

  

6. The radiometric level meter uses the different radiation absorption degree of the radioisotope to measure the level of the level. It has a wide measurement range and can be used for high viscosity and high corrosion in low temperature, high temperature and high pressure vessels. , Level measurement of flammable and explosive media. 7. The capacitive high-temperature solenoid valve uses the change of measuring capacitance to measure the level of the liquid. It is a metal rod inserted into the liquid container, the metal rod serves as one pole of the capacitor, and the container wall serves as the other pole of the capacitor. The medium between the two electrodes is the liquid and the gas above it. Since the dielectric constant ε1 of the liquid is different from the dielectric constant ε2 on the liquid surface, for example: ε1>ε2, when the liquid level rises, the total dielectric constant value between the two electrodes increases and the capacitance increases. . Conversely, when the liquid level drops, the ε value decreases, and the capacitance also decreases.

    Therefore, the liquid level can be measured by the change of the capacitance between the two electrodes. The sensitivity of the capacitive magnetic flip-column liquid level gauge mainly depends on the difference between the two dielectric constants, and only the constant of ε1 and ε2 can ensure the accuracy of the liquid level measurement. Because the measured medium is conductive, the metal rod electrode has Insulating layer covering. Capacitance magnetic flip-column level gauge is small in size, easy to realize remote transmission and adjustment, and is suitable for level measurement of corrosive and high-pressure media.
