The magnetic float level gauge (also called a magnetic flap level gauge) is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the level gauge also rises and falls, and the magnetic steel in the float solenoid valve is transferred to the magnetic turning column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white turning columns to flip. 180°, when the liquid level rises, the turning column turns from white to red, when the liquid level drops, the turning column turns from red to white. The red and white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, so that the liquid level is clear Instructions.
The magnetic flap level gauge can be directly used to observe the level of the medium in various containers. The gas solenoid valve is suitable for liquid level indication in petroleum, chemical and other industrial fields. The liquid level gauge has a simple structure, intuitive and clear observation, no blockage, no leakage, convenient installation and simple maintenance. The upper and lower mounting flanges of the glass plate level gauge are connected with the container to form a communicating device, through which the actual height of the liquid level in the container can be directly observed. The upper and lower valves are equipped with safety steel balls. When the glass is accidentally damaged, the steel balls are automatically sealed under the action of the internal pressure of the container to prevent the overflow of liquid in the container and ensure the safety of the operator.
The level gauge must be installed vertically, and the high-temperature solenoid valve can ensure that the float assembly moves freely up and down in the main pipe. Do not allow magnets to approach the main body of the level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the work of the level gauge. After the level gauge is installed, it needs to be calibrated with magnetic steel to guide the turning column once to make the red below the zero position and white above the zero position. When the electric actuator level gauge is put into operation, you should first open the lower lead pipe valve to let the liquid medium enter the main pipe steadily, so as to prevent the liquid medium from rising rapidly with the float assembly, which may cause the column turning failure and random turning. If this happens, wait for the liquid level to stabilize and recalibrate with magnet. In order not to damage the float assembly during transportation, remove the float assembly from the main body of the level gauge before leaving the factory. After the level gauge is installed, open the bottom drain flange, and then reinstall the float assembly into the main body. Inside the tube, pay attention to the heavy side of the float component of the magnetic flip-column level gauge. If the float assembly has been installed in the main tube at the factory, in order to ensure that the float assembly is not damaged during transportation, we fix the float assembly in the main tube with a soft card, and only need to pull out the soft card during installation. According to the condition of the medium, the sewage flange can be regularly opened to clean the sedimentation material of the main pipe.
