    High-temperature solenoid valves are widely used in shipbuilding heavy industry, testing equipment, heating equipment, hydraulic equipment, etc., in heat conduction systems whose working temperature is above 300℃.

 

Features

 

The valve core is stainless piston type, the piston ring is made of special temperature-resistant and wear-resistant materials; the piston does not produce direct friction with the metal valve cavity, and the valve body installation direction is unlimited; the special coil and the heat dissipation structure are not easy Burn out; stop the action for a long time and restart, the action is also sensitive; low starting pressure 0.2MPa.

 

working principle


Normally closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure is relieved on the valve, the piston is pushed by the pressure of the lower cavity medium, and the solenoid valve opens; when the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, and the pilot hole Closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the return spring, and the valve is closed.  

Normally open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the upper cavity of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the return spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the valve upper cavity is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure of the lower cavity electric actuator, and the solenoid valve opens.
